We roast our beans in small batches every week and seal them in airtight, one-way valve bags to ensure you receive the freshest flavor profile possible.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
All baked goods and fresh items are shipped via expedited 2-day delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday are typically held until Monday to prevent weekend transit delays.
Do you offer subscription services for coffee?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and frequency through our 'Brew-to-Door' subscription service and save 15% on every recurring order.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your products organic or sustainably sourced?
We prioritize ethically sourced beans and partner with Fair Trade certified farms. Many of our blends are 100% organic, which is noted in the specific product descriptions.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
